Return Policy

There is a strict seven day return period from upon arrival, past this point we will not take any refunds or returns. All products are checked and go through a quality control right before shipping. Suivant Designs does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipping; however, you can still request to exchange a product for no additional charge (Cost of shipping unincluded). It is not guaranteed that a request for an exchange will be accepted. The contents returns must match that of the original package. Suivant Designs may also be able to provide refunds in certain situations. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact us at suivant.designers@gmail.com. It is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if you email.
